Board of Supervisors Meeting

Barkingfield Park Maintenance

The Barkingfield Dog Park (Large Dog Pen) will be CLOSED starting Thursday May 18th for (3) weeks to reseed and straw the area! Please Note: the Small Dog Pen Area will be OPEN. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we enhance the area for your furry friends.

Kids Summer Camp at Chandler Mill Nature Preserve

Come join Brandywine Red Clay Alliance as we get Wet & Muddy every day at our summer nature camp. Your child(ren) will be inspired by the natural environment as they explore the outdoors. Kennett on Top

The Rotary Club of Kennett Square will hold its signature fundraiser “Kennett on Top” on Saturday, June 17 from 5pm to 9pm.  It’s going to be a great party held on top of the parking garage in downtown Kennett Square! Wear your best dressy casual, enjoy great food, fabulous wine, beer, and a signature cocktail. Dance to the popular 2uesday Nite Band while soaking in the ambiance of vibrant Kennett Square!
Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased at www.kennettsquarerotary.org.  All proceeds benefit the Rotary Club of Kennett Square’s support of nonprofit agencies in the community such as Young Moms, Family Promise, Kennett Area Community Services, and others.

KAPA 2023 Summer Concert Series

KAPA will kick off their 2023 Summer Free Concert Series on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 with a Birthday Celebration! It will be 30 years since Anson B. Nixon Park opened to the Public! Chester County Broadband Survey

Chester County Government has created a one-minute crucial survey that will identify locations in the county where internet service is either non-existent or extremely limited.

Responses to this survey will provide greater detail on where the broadband shortfalls are within areas of Chester County, giving a clearer picture of the true impact on residents and businesses.

Survey results will assist organizations, internet service providers and municipalities in drafting and submitting the most complete and accurate application for State and Federal broadband expansion dollars. TAKE THE SURVEY
