The following information was shared by the Kennett Greenway with those who have signed up to receive updates. We wanted to make sure everyone in Kennett Township also received these exciting updates!

Survey Results Are In!

The Greenway conducted a survey of our community to find out about what you would like to see in your Greenway. Over 800 members of our community responded with feedback. We are going to discuss the survey at several upcoming meetings.

There are meetings for specific Committees and neighborhoods as well as for the general public planned. We encourage you to visit www.kennettgreenway.com/events to see the details for all of the meetings. You'll also find links to join in the meetings and preregistration links (for the neighborhood meetings).

As a snapshot, here is what's ahead:

Trails & Sidewalks Committee Special Meeting: (Survey Results) Thursday, Febraury 25^th at 12 noon
Greenway Community Meeting (1 of 2): Thursday, February 25^th at 7pm

Greenway Community Meeting (2 of 2): Sunday, February 28^th at 4pm

The Decision

The Board of Supervisors plans on taking this next month to join you in your discussions regarding the Kennett Greenway along Chandler Mill Road and South Street. They plan on considering a voting on this topic at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 7^th at 7pm via Zoom. We always post the agendas to these meetings on the Agenda Center the Friday before each meeting.
