West Branch Red Clay Creek Watershed Restoration Plan Presentation

Brandywine Red Clay Alliance, along with our contractor, Clauser Environmental, has completed a comprehensive assessment and restoration plan for the West Branch of Red Clay Creek from Route 1 south to the confluence with the East Branch at Marshall’s Bridge. The plan targets reductions in sediment, nitrogen and phosphorous pollution.

Learn about the watershed assessment and highlights from the restoration plan. This plan covers the West Branch Red Clay Creek in this focus area and its tributaries in New Garden, East Marlborough and Kennett Townships and Borough of Kennett Square.
