Our primary goal is the health and safety of everyone in the community.  For this reason, and due to the impact of COVID-19 and current Governmental Restrictions that are or may be in place at a later date, we will not be hosting on-site taxpayer payment sessions for your Municipality for the 2021 tax period.   

Online payments using a credit, debit or electronic check can be made at: https://www.hab-inc.com/electronic-services/online-payments/ and choosing the appropriate link under Per Capita Tax, Real Estate Tax & Utility Bill Payments (HAB-MISC) at bottom of the page. 

Payments may also be made CHECK OR MONEY ORDER  and mailed to:  HAB-MISC, PO BOX 25144, LEHIGH VALLEY PA 18002-5144.
