NOTICE is hereby given that the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing virtually, with the link for the meeting found on the Township’s website: www.kennett.pa.us, on September 29, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following:
ZHB 509: APPLICATION OF MICHAEL & MARY KAY PIERGALLINE, 101 Foothill Drive (UPI No. 62-4-678), consisting of .46 acres and zoned R-3 Residential. The applicant seeks variance relief from Section 240-1704.C.(6)(B) to allow impervious coverage in excess of the maximum 6,240 square feet and variance relief from Section 240-1901.B(2)(b) to allow a pool structure, decking, and associated support equipment/features to be located less than 20 feet from a property line.

The subject parcel is owned by Lewis and Emma MacLeod. The property consists of .46 acres and is zoned R-3 Residential. The Property was designed under the Open Space Design Option. Variance Relief is sought from Section 240-1704.C (6)(b) and 240-1901.B(2)(c) of the Kennett Township Code to install an inground pool which will be 7.6 feet from the rear property line and over the allowable impervious coverage.
