NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Kennett Township Board of Supervisors, to be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at the Kennett Township Building, 801 Burrows Run Road, Chadds Ford, PA 19317, at 7:00 PM, the Board will hold a public hearing to consider, and if appropriate, approve, the application of Michael T. Boyle for a Conditional Use to use the property located at 260 Kennett Pike (Rte. 52), Chadds Ford, PA 19317, being Chester County Uniform Parcel ID No. 62-2-29, located in the V-1 Village (Hammorton) Zoning District, as a business or professional office or personal service establishment. Conditional Use approval is required pursuant to Sections 240-801.C.11.(a) and/or (f) of the Kennett Township Zoning Ordinance.
