NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Kennett Township will conduct a public hearing at the Kennett Township Municipal Building, 801 Burrows Run Road, Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania 19317, at 7:00 PM, on Thursday, November 14, 2019 to act upon the following appeal:
Case No. 503: The Applicant and owner; is North Walnut Holding Company, L.P., c/o Michael Pia, Jr., 649 W. South Street, Kennett Square, PA 19348. The Property is located just south of the U.S. Route 1 Bypass at 408-414 N. Walnut Street, consisting of four parcels of land totaling 16.156 +/- acres, being tax parcels 62-3-48; 62-3-48.1; 62-3-48.2, 62-3-48.3., and zoned BP Business Park. The Applicant seeks variance relief from Section 240-1302. D (9), requiring five-foot side and rear yard setbacks; 240-1302.D (10), requiring a ten foot rear yard setback; 240-1303.A E, requiring 5% residential Single-Family detached acreage; 240-1309.A (2), requiring two off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit, and 240-1802.D, requiring a maximum wetland margin disturbance of 20%, in order to redevelop the Property for a Mixed -Use Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND-1) Option.
