NOTICE is hereby given that the Kennett Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hybrid public hearing on Monday July 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kennett Township Public Meeting Room to hear the following:

ZHB 529: THE APPLICATION OF SHARON DISKIN, for proposed improvements at property located at 125 Forest Drive; being UPI No. 62-4-690 and zoned R-S Residential Suburban in the Bayard Estates development an Open Space Design Development. The Property consists of 0.43 acres and currently features a total of 5,504 square feet of impervious coverage which is 29.08% of the allowable 30% lot coverage. Variance relief from section 1704.C.6 (d) of the Zoning Ordinance is sought for a proposed 1,321 square feet of additional impervious coverage related to a pool, patio, pool equipment pad, hot tub, pool coping, and stairs to the house, for a total of 6,825 square feet or 36.06% of lot coverage on the Property.
