Tague Lumber

The Plan proposes to consolidate UPI Nos. 62-4-80 (0.925 acres) and 62-4-80.1 (3.656 acres), located in the LI- Limited Industrial Zoning District, into one parcel (4.581 acres).  UPI No. 62-4-80 currently contains an existing dwelling, which is proposed to be razes.  UPI No. 62-4-80.1 contains an existing mushroom growth building, which is proposed to be razed, as well as a block building shed, stormwater management facility and related improvements.  The latter items are proposed to remain.  

The project parcels are proposed to be improved as the continuation of an existing lumberyard, located on an adjacent parcel (UPI No. 62-4-79).  The proposed improvements include a 29' x 156' lumber storage building, an 80' x 149' Millwork Storage Building, a 70.5' x 140' future racking location, access drives and related improvements.  The project parcels are bound on the north by railroad tracks owned by East Penn Railways, Inc. and on the south by Rosedale Road.  The existing lumberyard is located along the eastern boundary and a residential property is located along the western property line.
