The project proposes a mixed development containing 53 townhomes, 24 apartments (The Lofts at Kennett Pointe) above 16,326 feet of ground floor retail space (The Shoppes at Kennett Pointe) and a total of 345 parking spaces for the commercial and residential use. The 24 one- and two bedroom luxury apartments offer spacious floorplans and will include high end finishes and abundant light within walking distance to all that Kennett Square has to offer. Larger living spaces and work from home needs. The Lofts at Kennett Pointe will range in size from 910 square feet to 1,152 square feet. Amenities in Kennett Pointe will include lush outdoor gathering spaces and walking trails throughout the community, a 6,000 sq. foot plaza, pavilions, gazebos, trails and tree lined streets. The project site will be served by public sewer and water. A gravity sewer system is proposed to serve the development with flows to be conveyed via a development pump station.
