The Supervisors and Secretary-Treasurer reviewed all the items on the discussion list.

Chairman Hammaker called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., with Vice-Chairman Falcoff present and Supervisor Elling all present.
Mr. Elling moved
that the minutes of the February 16, 18 and 25, 2009 and March 4 and 11, 2009
meetings be approved as distributed. Mr.
Falcoff seconded the motion and the motion carried with all Supervisors in
favor.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
AND REPORTS
1) Mr. Falcoff presented the public safety information data, gave the March 2009 Accident Summary as follows:

Miscellaneous:
- January, 2009 well sampling showed the three targeted organics again detected in the sample from the potable well; however, concentrations continue to be compliant with DEP potable water health standards and were lower than the December, 2008 sample concentrations.
- We will stop reporting this incident status on a monthly basis unless there is a change for the worse.
Kennett Township
Police activity (February, 2009)
These resulted in:
State police activity is in addition to these incidents.
NEW BUSINESS
Paul Redman the Director of Longwood Gardens discussed the ongoing projects at Longwood Gardens and upcoming events.
ROADWORK
Mr. Elling stated that the roadcrew has been cleaning the roads due to the winter ice and snow, repaired the fence at the maintenance garage and continuing to maintain the roads.
Extension
Mr.
Hammaker moved to approve the following extension: 1) Shepherd CU Hearing
Property until 7/1/2009. 2) D’Agostino Property until 6/30/09.
3) Hionis Property until
6/30/09. 4)
Clemens Property until 6/30/09. Mr. Elling seconded the motion and it
carried with all Supervisors in favor.
OTHER BUSINESS
Per
Capita Tax
Mr.
Hammaker moved to accept the Per Capita Tax removals per memos dated February 19
and 26, 2009 and March 11, 2009 and Per Capita Tax Additions per memos dated
February 19 and 26, 2009 and March 11, 2009.
Mr. Elling seconded the motion and it carried with all Supervisors in
favor.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Henk
Vischer, Victoria Gardens resident, discussed the status of their development
and asked that the Supervisors assist in implementing the plan to complete the
development. Cathy Lefchuck,
Victoria Gardens resident, read a letter regarding the crumbling concrete in
their development and the repairs that need to be completed.
Don Heneberry, Victoria Gardens resident, discussed the uneven pavement
in the development and the unfortunate mishap it caused his wife.

Mr.
Hammaker acknowledged all of their concerns and explained that the Homeowners
Association has filed a lawsuit against the Township; therefore, the Supervisors
are unable to respond or comment.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Hammaker acknowledged receipt of the financial statement for the prior month. Mr. Hammaker moved that the bills be approved for payment, seconded by Mr. Falcoff, with all Supervisors in favor.
