ORDINANCE  NO.  174

An Ordinance of Kennett Township repealing Ordinance No. 110 in its’ entirety. Ordinance No. 110, which established procedures for the assessment and enforcement of civil penalties, is superseded by the Municipalities Planning Code and the Kennett Township Zoning Ordinance.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED as follows:

1.        Ordinance No 110 is repealed in its’ entirety.
