ORDINANCE NO. 128

AN ORDINANCE OF KENNETT TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY, PA AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF KENNETT TOWNSHIP, ORDINANCE NO. 50, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING MUNICIPAL USE AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE SPECIALIZED AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of Kennett Township hereby enacts and ordains that the Zoning Ordinance of Kennett Township Ordinance No. 50, as amended, be amended further as follows:

Section 1.        Amend ARTICLE IX, SPECIALIZED AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, SECTION 901, by adding the following use:

D.        Uses Permitted as a Conditional Use when authorized by the Board of Supervisors subject to the criteria and procedures set forth in Section 1325.  The burden of establishing compliance with all such criteria and procedures shall be with the applicant.

            4.         Municipal Use
